Rapid Rebuild

for disaster recovery agencies

RosellaStream has now partnered with another NSW business also providing innovation in the disaster recovery sector - PTBLINK, an Australian technology group, providing precision structural technology to the built environment empowering the design, manufacture and assembly of residential and business multi-story structures. Together we are jointly marketing our services as Rapid Rebuild.

The three main hurdles all disaster recovery agencies face in rebuilding after a natural or manmade disasters are as follows:

  1. Procurement delays, audits. The current government tender process is too slow to deal with natural disaster recovery. Sole Source brings additional risk of post-build audits.

  2. Construction delays. Current construction techniques are also slow. Many buildings rely on materials sourced only after plans are finalised and construction workers sourced.

  3. Communications. Keeping residents on-side relies on timely communications and updates on progress. Too often reports are filed into an agency and there is a disconnect between the delivery agency and the general public.

As the Rapid Rebuild alliance, we solve each of these three problems in a unified platform that offers streamlined risk-managed sourcing, modular component construction and asynchronous video communication.
